In a previous post I asked if options would be exercised upon expiration. You said yes.
I had some QQQRT (QQQQ Jun07 46 put) options that I expected to be exercised, thus going short QQQQ, but instead the position was just closed. Did I miss something?

You were long 2 QQQQ 46 puts. QQQQ closed at higher than 46 at the end of Friday’s trading. Thus your puts expired worthless. Am I misunderstanding your question?
