I do not understand some items of “Model Account status”.
In my model “MS Volume 800k” cash of $ 14,996 is shown. But when I subtract the value of the 5 open positions from the “total systems equity”, I get $ 64 cash, which must be about the correct value.
And what is the item “equity”?

When you buy American stocks above $5, C2 decreases your cash by half the value of the stock position. This effectively allows you to buy stock on 50% margin in your C2 Model Account. (You can own $100 worth of stock by putting up $50 cash.) “Equity” in the context of your stock position is the amount of profit or loss in your current open positions. It is added to (or subtracted from) your current Buying Power in your C2 Model Account.
