Can you please confirm the electronic natural gas contracts. Your "help" screen shows it to be QNG however when I put in QNGH8 for the March 08 into C2, I am getting "Unknown futures symbol. (Symbol help)" screen showing up.
The symbol is correct - make shure you have "future" selected.
