I have attempted to see your link on payments with no joy. At what point are payments made to affiliates. Is there a set dollar amount minimum or some other requirements?
Nick - Can you contact me by email to tell me which white-label or affiliate program you are running? Perhaps you are in charge of one that is not associated with the email account you are posting your forum message from?
