Hi, Mathew:
Sorry my english. I see the total of each month in systems to evaluate the year, by example in my system 2009=+39,5%, 2010 = +65%, 2011 =+12%. But really, the profit since inception is about 200%. I dont understand why in C2 this value dont see.
Then i think, is important put the profit since inception, as an important variable to value systems. Are you thinking about put it in C2?
Thanks.

I agree Joaquin, total profit since inception (in percentage) should also be calculated for each C2 trading system, as well as the average monthly (and/or annual for older systems) return, in %.
Profit since inception means nothing.
CAR (compounded annual return) is on the site, still very one dimensional, more useful.

Well, for losing systems, compounded annual return (CAR) means nothing too, wouldn’t you agree?
