but does not appear as sent, how do I request that payment
It is possible for paypal?

Hi, Oliver - I see that you haven’t completed your “Taxpayer Information.” Even if you do not reside in the U.S., we are required to ask you to fill out a taxpayer information form before we can pay you (non U.S. residents can simply check a box saying that they are not U.S. residents).
To do this: 1) Log in to your C2 account, 2) Click “MY ACCOUNT” (upper right), 3) Select “Taxpayer Info” from left-side menu.

Oliver - Remits are processed on the 20th of the month; since you submitted your taxpayer info after the monthly cycle, I needed to run the payment reporting manually. I took care of it tonight. An itemized report has been sent via email.
