Hi, I just tried subscribing to a free system through the Beta site. I got this error:
You do not have necessary admin privileges
To carry out this transaction you need the following admin privileges: canUseCustomerCC. Please ask the System Admin for these.
Return to previous page and try again
then I went to the old site, and was able to subscribe to it, no problems.
