Where did the subscription link go that was under the My Account tab?

We’ve removed that. Now, all your systems are available on the new Dashboard page, and also on the My Systems dropdown menu up top.

Could you please put back the My Subscription screen if possible. The screen made it very clear when the next payment was due, and how much you would be charged for your subscriptions. Not having this information is very inconvenient, and gives a feeling of a lack of transparency of your subscription fees on C2, which I know is not your intention.

Well that didn’t last long. Based on user feedback, I’ve restored this functionality. Your list of Subscriptions and upcoming charge dates are now located on the Account Management page. Look for the “Subscriptions” tab on that page.

Go to the MY ACCOUNT menu, select EDIT ACCOUNT INFO, then click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
