My suggestion is to add a feature that allows subscribers to only take the long (BTO) trades of a system. In some systems the long trades considerably outperform the shorts. Like the stop-loss option on autotrade, it would be another way for subscribers to limit risk. Such a feature would also allow cash and IRA accounts, where shorting is not allowed, access to a wider variety of systems. Thank you.

I agree, I have always felt this would be a big benefit to subscribers since many times performance, depending on the system, could be either vastly improved or there is negligible impact from not taking short positions. Moreover, my autotrade broker MBT has a low inventory of stocks to short so positions can only be established about 50 percent of the time and, of course, they are the losers. This would also be a plus for those wanting to autotrade tax free accounts.
