The Grid, new version

Dear Matthew,

can you please explain how the following can be.

My System S E L E K T I V E -FX- has 1238 pips at all. Since start i had made 48 trades. When I divide this the result is 25.7 an average of 25.7 pips per trade. Looking at new grid there is an result of -76.31 average pips.

May be I understand it wrong.

Sorry for my bad english.

Sincerely yours

Klaus Eisenmenger

Klaus:

Average pips is not a simple arithmetic average. It is the average number of pips without money management – that is, C2 recalculates all your trade results as if a trader bought or sold exactly one lot for the trade entry.
