I dont think anybody looks at this. Most scores are above 950 anyway.
I think it is meaningless as long as your score is high - I would guess that many people would be reluctant to subscribe to a system where the Admin has a score below 500.
I have no idea how it is calculated. I would rather see my score based on my system stats and performance, as these are easily verified and are more important than a score for the developer.
I look at the score. Everyday.
