To Matthew - Option Price, etc

Matthew,

I sent an email this morning shortly after I did not get a fill that I should have happened. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. Furthermore, I sent an email to the Collective2 team about my C2 score (crowderoptions.com - ETF Extremes strategy) early Friday and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue.

Can you please get back to me as soon as possible because the trade information is pertinent to my strategy on C2. I am just trying to be as diligent as I can with my strategy. An accurate performance record is extremely important to me and one of the reasons why I chose to move to C2.

Thanks for your help,

Kindest,

Andrew

I’m afraid I don’t agree with your fill request. You submitted an order to Buy an option at limit 3.25. The order was submitted at 9:58:02. It is true that at this time, the LAST was 3.24. But that was a historical price, not something that implies you should be filled. In fact C2 monitors the bid/ask and did not see an ASK of 3.25 or lower. There were several subsequent trades, but you’ll see that they happened above your limit price. Thus you were not filled.

etc.

Regarding your question why your C2 score is so low, I agree it seems suspiciously like some incorrect data is being factored in, but we haven’t had a chance to look into this yet.

Matthew,

Thanks for your reply. I suppose next time I should place a market order, but I still thought the $3.25 would have gone off as the ask was sitting right at $3.25 at the time the order was placed.

Anyway, thanks again. I hope you can somehow rectify my C2 score in the near future.

Kindest,

Andy
