C2 Score - Please Help

For several weeks my C2 score has been suspiciously low. I have tried to have this issue resolved yet nothing seems to occur. Can someone please assist me with this ongoing problem. I find that is is detrimental to my strategy - the ETF Extremes Options Strategy.
