If a trading system has 100k in capital and it trades 1 lot of Gold.
Say i only have 10k in my account so only want to 10% of the sent signals , how does C2 handle this order ?
Similarly if the order is 5 lots , what would it trade ?

It always rounds upward to the smallest allowed increment. So in both examples you mentioned, it would trade 1 contract.
If your scaling were increased to 40%, then it would trade 2 lots if the C2 Model Account order size was 5.
