Trouble Report for Drawdown


I reported an incorrect drawdown trouble report almost a month ago, and still have not seen a repsonse. When I try to resubmit the ticket, I get the following message:

You already submitted a trouble report for this drawdown back on 10/6/10 2:11 ET. Our Customer Service team will send you an email as soon as we examine this report.

When can I expect to get this resolved?
