What a wonderful surprise to wake up this morning and find that my feed to real-time market data is behaving “oddly.” I have been working on the back-end software all day, taking it up and down, trying to locate teh source of the problem and then fix it.
This is the reason some of you have noticed slow (or completely missing) fills. Let me know if there’s something I can fix for you.
I’m sorry about the problem. I wish I could tell you it will be solved by tomorrow, Wednesday July 7, but I won’t know for certain until the markets open then.
