Auto Trade did not execute trade on Open E cry

I do auto trade on 4 Point Stop system. There was a trade recommendation yesterday which did not execute at all. Below is the trade. Can please tell me what was the issue?

As explained in my email to you, the order did not execute because you had set a minimum and maximum position quantity (maximum of 2) and your account already had 2 contracts open. Thus AutoTrade respected your quantity restrictions.
