I subscribe to AEStock system. I use optionexpress as my broker. Todays market order was not filled through auto trade. I had to manually complete order. Due to this issue I got a bad fill and lost some money. Can you look into this issue?

This was our fault. We had a problem with our connectivity to optionsXpress. This has now been fixed.
