Awful Support - No live chat or phone number for support

No live chat, no phone number, and the knowledge base is outdated and useless for real issues. It’s not worth the subscription fees.

I beg to differ. Have you tried email support? (my preference since its documentation). Responses aren’t instant but fairly quick and they dig until they solve the issue or explain the mishap.

Agree 100%. I often submit issue via Chat, but expect my answer via Email. It works. We often think we need 10 minute fix for everything, but a big platform doesn’t work that way and it works well enough almost all the time..
