All of us on HTP momentum have none of our fills working today. Worst, there are orphaned trades in our brokerage. C2 has been very unreliable, and needs constant babysitting to ensure we don’t lose $$$$ on bad fills. Can you please address this issue ASAP?
As the SM, I’ve opened a ticket as well. @C2 please look into this urgently.
Same problem at Babbage 3x. One trade filled in my autotrade account (a simple sell at market order) but none of the other trades racked up for my strategy ever made it over to my Tradier account for autotrading.
We are aware of the problem that happened this morning (slow signals). The issue is now solved. Our development team is working on an update to prevent this from recurring.

Was the team actively debugging issue in production environment? My fills didn’t match strategy. This seems like a dangerous situation.
definitely something is off with C2 software. I have been seeing wrong open position with weird p/l on one of my published systems since the day before ( DT LS Mix ) even if autotraded accounts had (correctly) zero open position.
Today i see that some of today’s trades have not been passed to customers resulting in out of sync positions. (I entered the ticket - 256411)
anyone else having issues today? wonder if all is related to new OPMS release or is it just a coincindence?
