C2 technical expertise

is below any criticism. Compound did receive dividends:

BPY 20180530 20180629 $0.32 2,540 $812.80

The number is incorrect. The company paid $0.315 dividends per share and the total amount should be $800.10. I did report it to tech support. The answer is “we cannot fix it, it is the rounding issue”.

Matthew, how do you want to disturb hedge fund industry if C2 technology cannot report correct dividends amount or cannot increment integers correctly (issue with TOS percent signals followed)? So far you disturb customers by raising fees and in my case, by refusal to correct simple bugs.

Somehow, the monthly fee I pay should obligate C2 to better support.

Here is an example when C2 calculate total dividends correctly, even with rounding (the correct dividends number is $0.365 and is used internally for calculation instead of 0.36)

SHLX 20180803 20180814 $0.36 3,322 $1,212.53

Go figure C2 software logic. Usually, the total dividend amount is correct. And sometimes they round it. And I always thought the software is consistent.

Time to do reverse engineering. Please someone from C2 tells me how much is:

3,322 x $0.36

and why I do have result $1,212.53 in line below:

SHLX 20180803 20180814 $0.36 3,322 $1,212.53

Well, question in not related with possible additional revenue (wrong, quality it is additional revenue) and I do not expect Matthew to answer it. I will do it myself:

3,322 x $0.36 = $1,195.92

Matthew, why do I have in line below number 1,212.53 instead 1,195.92?

SHLX 20180803 20180814 $0.36 3,322 $1,212.53

Because reported dividends amount was $0.365 and C2 did everything correct (!!!). I can live with 2 digit presentation in UI.

Now, why this logic cannot be duplicated in line below (reported dividend amount was $0.315)?

BPY 20180530 20180629 $0.32 2,540 $812.80

and the issue is is not fixable???
