C2Tray: Email forwarding error

My outgoing (SMTP) server does not require authentication.

Possibly this is a port problem? My ISP blocks certain ports if I recall correctly, I know I had to change all the outgoing email port settings in Outlook when I moved.

My Outgoing server (SMTP) Server Port Number is 587.

I do need email forwarding to work, or another solution to both email my signals as well as send them to C2.

Any suggestions? WIll Trade Bullet do this?

I solved my own problem through some Googling.

You can add the port number to the smtp line – something I never knew, but is probably obvious to folks familiar with the intricacies of email settings.


It might be helpful for others to add this tidbit to the C2Tray documentation.
