Dear Sirs
Very disappointing today to find out that collective2 says the market is not is not open until (was it 9:30 EST) Anyway this is not correct as my broker Forex.com was already open, Now my winning trade is not reflective in my history. I understand that brokers have different Sunday open times; since you have signal providers using various brokers doesnât common sense suggest you open Collective2 to match the earliest brokers?
Please let me know
Dale
Our order-entry screen explained that on Sunday evenings we do not begin forex trading until 17:30 Eastern time – that is, 5:30 in the evening (we certainly do not suggest that you can’t trade until 9:30 AM the next morning.) After 17:30 Sunday night, forex trading runs 24 hours per day until the following Friday at 16:00 Eastern time.
Our policy is to start forex trading only when all of our partner brokers have begun trading on Sunday night. Otherwise, if we start sending trades and cancels when brokers are not open, it introduces a lot of problems for AutoTraders. Since you are running your system on behalf of your subscribers, presumably, I think you will agree that the best course of action is to do what is best for the majority of subscribers, even if that means not allowing forex trading during a relatively brief period when some brokers may be open, but others may not be.
Unfortunately, there is no perfect solution, but I think this one is the best we can do for now.

Respectfully I do not agree. Bottom line is Collective2 is not open when all the brokers are open. The reason I do not agree is Colletive2 sends signals via emails to the signal providers followers therefore the Collective2 is set up so auto trading is not required. It would be a simple thing for the signal provider to state to his/her followers that the system is set up to trade manually. Or the option to manual trade only into the website.
Unless Collective2 has a agreement to allow auto trading on all there accounts, I makes more sense to me for all your clients that Collective2 be open when at least the major brokers like Forex.com are open.
Who knows you may find the the mix of the majority of your subscibes changes to include more Forex.com subscibers.
I am taking my time to offer ideas that may improve your company. Could you at least mention them during your next company meeting?
Best Regards
Hi Dale,
One more piece of information you may not have is that in my experience, many forex brokers do not open at 5PM sharp. There are often delays that can last 15 minutes or more so even if they were all 'officially open at 5 we would still only start trading at 5:30.

I have considered your reply, I have experienced this so I would have agree your point is valid.
To bad the live trade I entered exit 1/2 the position at 163 pips profit and the other half at 287 pips profit; would have been nice to see that reflected on Arkk.
Thankyou for your time
