There is a substantial risk of loss in trading. You should therefore carefully consider
whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should read,
understand, and consider the Risk Disclosure Statement that is provided by your broker
before you consider trading. Most people who trade lose money.
The most common question is why the maximum open size is 5 lots, while in statistics there are 31 lots. 31 lot is the total traded volume in the trading idea. The maximum was no more than 5 lots.
Attention! I recommend that subscribers in the settings set the parameters of the maximum entry no more than 5 lots (50,000 USD at 100% scaling) and the risk per month no more than 10%. Be sure to do this.
Traders are not stupid, if they see a martingale in action (during the free trial for instance) they can always unsubscribe at any time, if they donât like (or believe in) that trading style.
However, if they decide to stick with the system, that only proves that they are fully aware of the risks and accept them.
So this idea that Trade Leaders can somehow âlure unsuspecting subscribersâ does not make sense at all.
We must also remember that traders in general love to average down (add to a losing position), so most of them are perfectly comfortable with a martingale, even though they donât perceive it as such.
The greatest part of all this is how all his alias accounts heart all of his own postsâŚHoping unsuspecting members see this and think heâs successful and well loved.
Traders may not be. But weâre talking about subscribers. Subscribers, especially new ones, may not do the proper due diligence on funds like this, or more importantly the history of the trade leader.
And even if those subscribers did just look at past trades in this system, they would have seen the trade leader taking losses and dealing with risk somewhat appropriately, even if he was legging into trades that worked against himâŚ
until BOOM, he canât maintain his equity curve, like always, and blows it, just like every system he runs.
While martingale are bad we mustnât forget that adding to a winning position can also generate heavy losses.
Here is a simple example : We buy 1,000 shares of stock XYZ at $10. The next day the price is $11 so we buy another 1,000 shares. The next day the price is $12 so we buy 1,000 shares again. The fourth day XYZ is now valued at $13 so we buy 1,000 shares for the last time.
Two trading days later the stock sinks to $10 after a bad earning report (or some other equally negative news).
So we just lost $6,000 in one week even though the stock did not move below $10 (our original entry point) and no martingale was ever used!
Oddly enough, traders who use reverse martingales (such as this one) but still manage to lose a big chunk of their capital are never considered âbadâ traders. Also note that these traders are hard to detect.
Yes, but if you had a >50% drawdown in only 9 months of running a strategy, a much greater drawdown/margin call is certainly headed your way in the future. Anyone can see that.
Plus itâs clear all his talk about ârisk managementâ is complete garbage. Red flag of all red flags there.

Thanks for the moral support and subscription to my systems.
AUM Subscribers C2 on my systems (Sep 9, 2021)* = 303,800 USD
Sims + Subscribers = 18*

It is my gross mistake to take such leverage even in the correct trading idea. There is no excuse for this. Itâs a shame. Excuse me if you can for such a disgusting result. After working out a trading idea for the British pound, I completely transfer my trading systems to a new profile, because I see no reason to develop this profile with such a curve and such a terrible drawdown at the moment.
Donât think it matters. Michael pays fees which keeps C2 alive. Subscribers pay C2 fees to follow his systems with their great ârisk managementâ .
C2 makes money off all of it, and so âthe show goes onâ until he crashes again. Rinse, repeat.
Personally I put no blame on C2 as they are just the platform, I just find this guy amusing and wasnât sure how he was able to start a new account that easily. He actually expands the parameters for leaders which could be viewed as a good or bad thing depending on what side of the fence youâre on.
