when 1 suscriber under free-suscription cancel your suscription,
¿do you receive an email at the next day of cancel of suscription saying that that subscriber is a new subscriber under the form it pays?
i receive 3 emails one for each cancel free suscrition.
being that in fact was not new subscribers.
