I have been experiencing a problem over the last few weeks where pricing of XIV, etc. is off and remains off by a large magnitude. Prior to this, I never experienced any pricing issues.
On open positions, it turns a 20k profit into a 160k loss. I get C2 provides this as a complementary service, and its not something to base an trading decision off of, but I expect simple stuff like this to be corrected. It greatly diminishes the ease of use.
Anyone else having this problem?
