I discovered yet another way to get out of sync. GREEN FOREX issued two signals of STO 10000 USD/JPY @ 3:02pm MST. Interactive Brokers responded to the orders with “errorcode=201, Order rejected - reason: The exchange is closed.” I note that the exchange is not specified in the signal (it’s blank) and that I use IDEALPRO exchange for IB forex orders.
