Can we take a look at the criteria for having a "Hot System" …
In the case of the criteria that C2 is using a "trade" equals a "totally closed" realized gain / loss on a position. I am just curious as to why this is an important factor to utilize.
I notice that a system has to have > 8 trades to be a potential candidate on the list. The logic that C2 utilizes is that a system has to make completed trades to be good. > 8 closed trades to be considered "hot" …
My theory on a system is to make as much profit with as fewest trades. Does anyone think it is possible for a trading system / strategy to be "good / hot" system without having a minimum of 8 closed positions?
Is there room for negotiation on the C2 logic? Does anyone care to comment on this discussion?
