How do I unsubsribe from my own system?

I simply don’t want to receive emails each time i make a trade (and I also don’t want to pay for my own system obviously).

but I can’t find the “button” to push to unsubsribe.

anybody?

i sent an email to the support with the same question but didn’t get any reply.

You can control your email preferences by going to MY ACCOUNT and scrolling down to the email preferences section. There you can turn off signal email.



Currently you can turn on and off signal emails as a whole (that is, you can’t currently control on a system by system basis).

I don’t mind receiving the emails. I just don’t want to be subscribed to my own system.

anyhow, Melissa, from your support, is trying to help me to unsubscribe. if her help doesn’t work I’ll write here again.
