I find the “C2 Ticker” very distracting on my Dashboard. Not to mention it takes a long time to load and is always the last item to finish loading (keeping the IE “page loading” spinning circle going). How can I turn it off?
Is this C2 Ticker of use to anyone? I can’t think of why anyone would use it or how. In any case, I would like to turn it off for myself.

Many people have complaint about this irritating, flickering and useless feature in the past - apparently to no avail.
