I have report this problem using the “Report problem” form a few hours ago but I have get any confirm or answer for this problem yet so I think I need to post it here…
I tried to CLOSE the following trade from Double Rich but for some reasons C2 didn’t let me do it.
STO 20 EURUSD
was executed at price 1.25408
on 5/21/10 11:50 ET
When I first tried to close this position, the price was 1.2370. I did try to close the position the second time at 1.2386 but the system didn’t let me do it either. I even tried the third times using the “close all” button (above the Open Positions box) but it did not work either.
Please check and let me know as soon as you can.
