My strategy performance is continuously showing up incorrectly. Today’s PnL is showing a 3% loss, but the strategy has almost exclusively profitable positions on the day. This is beginning to happen more than once per week. Any way to fix that so my display is correct?

I looked at your strategy page and don’t see anything obviously wrong. Can you send an email to help@collective2.com with a screenshot and explanation of what you’re looking at that looks incorrect to you?

The issue I’m having is not an everyday occurrence, and today it is showing correctly. I can definitely send a screenshot when it next occurs. Thanks for taking the time to look into this, and stay safe!

I notice the same thing and realized it was deducting the commissions after the the trades. Eventually it show up correct with the “base” commission rates deducted. Think of it as settling the trade…
