Incorrect Quote feed

There is a serious issue with the quote feed coming back with incorrect quotes of Zero and then closing the position at the limit place. Can we please fix this immediately this has happened to my system twice this week. Yesterday with Under Armour Inc(NYSE:UA) and today with RDUS.

Opened ET B/S # Symbol Price Closed Price DD P/L
12/1/15 10:01 BUY 168 RDUS RADIUS HEALTH INC. COMMON STOU 0.00 12/1 10:01 59.25 n/a $9,952

BTO 168 RDUS RADIUS HEALTH INC. COMMON STO at limit 59.50 Filled: 0.00 at 12/1/15 10:01 ET

STC
168 RDUS RADIUS HEALTH INC. COMMON STO at limit 1.19 Filled: 59.25 at 12/1/15 10:01 ET

This is creating a confused auto trading environment, too, as an open position was created in my trading account 2 minutes AFTER the C2 system closed the trade. My trading account wasn’t auto synced with a sell until 9 minutes later, at a loss. My C2 dashboard was incorrect during that time as well.

The issue here is related to the new experimental “Wait for AutoTrader fills” setting, which you have selected for your strategy.

(Not a quote feed issue, surprisingly.)

I’m working through this now. Hang in there.

I don’t think that is the case, I only set the flag today but the issue also occurred yesterday as you recall with Under Armour Inc(NYSE:UA)

Sit tight. I’m on it.

Can you also fix my simulator account its showing crazy losses because of these incorrect trades, see below

Matthew, is the zero quote issue resolved now?

i will wonder how he will react to this. I had a huge issue today on mine as well. it is only right it gets corrected. Anyone coming to C2 to see a traders results a month from now would have no idea it was a glich in the system (which i understand does happen) but rather they will immediately think it is the trader and may not subscribe. Let us know matthew as my strategy should be adjusted as well.

Agree - This can deter potential new subscribers as system performance is directly impacted, the other concern is my current subscribers having to incur a loss because of this, its not there fault nor the system developer.

Matthew - is there anyway these can be removed from the system’s history and the subscribers given $ for the loss they incurred?

Its unlikely C2 is going to be able to refund them for their losses, I could be wrong. This kind of goes with the flow of autotrading and things. Luckily my strategy is up nicely so trades that have been with me still have nice gains but it still hurts bad. But, the end traders got what they got. That still does not mean that future people coming should have to guess and/or we should have to explain what happened (if they would even believe us) The trades should just be stricken as if they never happened. Those that had losses know what happened but new people should not be led to believe the strategy is doing worse that it actually is, especially since these events should not be ongoing.

Allan,

All fills were adjusted to reflect what actually happened in real-life accounts, as per US regulations. No further changes will be made.

The issue that caused your “zero-price” issue has been corrected and will not recur.

Matthew
