Hi,
I have been noticing a few data feed issues causing that some positions in my portfolio are valued at 0USD! This causes big fake drawdowns. The times that I have reported to C2 Support they solved the issue, usually in the same day. But I have 1 big drawdown on one of my strategies “Save for Retirement LR” that I believe it was caused by a similar incident, but at the time I did not identify the Symbol that was causing it.
Today, the issue is with AAXN - AXON ENTERPRISE INC
Anyone with a similar issue? Have you worked out with C2 to fix the error retrospectively?
