I have been sending Helpdesk requests these past two days for the recent GE Vernova (GEV) spin-off to be accounted for so that the model account performance can be straightened out. I am on my second email and still no reply, which is unusual. I do not want to flood your backlog in case one of your rep is on sick leave.
