ITM Window issue


I received this comment from a subscriber and said I would pass it on to you:

For some reason the things on the ITM don’t always list in a chronological order. For example your 2.53 entry was tucked way in the middle of all the other calls from yesterday. Can you ask C2 to look into that and see if that can be streamlined?

I am unaware of this issue. I would like to ask the customer for a screenshot of the problem so I can figure out if it’s really a bug or just a misunderstanding about ITM. Since I don’t know who the customer is, Cari, please forward this request to him or her on my behalf. Thanks - MK
