Hello, Fellow Americans:
C2 celebrated our nation’s founding this morning by introducing an astoundingly stupid error into our database.
Our “Stock Market Holiday” database apparently contained the following date, indicating it was a national holiday and no stock orders should be processed during it:
July 3, 2013
Which is why no stock or option orders were processed this morning.
However, the database is now fixed, and C2 is retroactively filling the orders at the correct prices.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
No futures or forex orders were affected.
