I recall an option to make a forum/board private for our systems? Is this the case? I don’t see any options to do this, and would like to make the Athena II private for subscribers only.

In the Forums list, you should see a link called ‘Edit.’ (The option appears only when you are the admin of the forum.) The option should be available after you clikc that link.
