Matthew, Im trading Future Growth fund. Im autotrading 1 cont. I had one contract filled at 2:58 which was ok. Then at 3:35 it filled 5 more cont. short and my max was 1 cont. can you please fix this for future trades. Thanks

Hi Sam,



This was due to MBT’s maintenance window which lasted longer than usual last night and some orders were not visible to us. We are looking into ways to mitigate this scenario.

I used MB trading for awhile and the “maintenance window” was ALWAYS causing positions to be out of sync. I would change brokers. I like OpenEcry…never seems to miss a trade.
