Hi, Daniel - We’re definitely here. We do our best to be responsive. I’ll make sure our team answers your questions as quickly as we can via our help desk.

mark answered all the questions, thx mark!

Hi Daniel - You’re welcome, glad I could help!

Let me just quickly post here what we worked out together on the phone, mostly so other people can be reassured that all is well. It looks like you were a bit thrown off by the “Show all Positions” screen on the dashboard, which shows a mix of both open and closed positions. It’s not the easiest thing to read (I admit) – particularly when you just start up AutoTrading. As we discussed, however, your AutoTrade results for this strategy are profitable so far, and your fills match the strategy fills.

P.S. Also I should mention that you can always check the “AutoTrade P/L Report” when in doubt.
