After a little stumble, the strategy is in good shape to make some money. Market is overbought, but indicators continue to favor short volatility. We will hold xiv and tighten stop loss to protect gains as a result.
The story in the Vix land has not changed, we continue to further tighten stoploss to protect gains.
We are now solidly in green in less than 20 days since inception. Up >10% after today’s close without using leverage.
Every short vol strategy under the sun is up huge over the last 2-3 months. This is not advertisement-worthy. Get back to us when you avoid the next huge vol spike and stay green through choppy market environment.

I would agree luck maybe part of the reason, but not every short volatility strategy is able to continue to hold on while vix is this low. Please come back later to see how we do in the next 2-3 months. Thanks for the comment.

Since your system is new and doesn’t have monthly track records yet, you should keep the price low like $50 so people can try it out. You can always raise the price later. Either that or a 30 day trial.
Am i missing something or have you only done 1 trade?
I am anxiously waiting for vol spike and/or market correction to give the strategy opportunity to prove itself during rough times, but we won’t trade based on anticipation or force trade, instead trades will be solely based on the indicators. Good luck trading, and thanks for your attentions.
Keep up the good work. I am using several several Vix programs (including institution n TOS), most of them show outperform results, only 1 volatility TOS system that has DD more than 40% ( it was one of the best performance) , well, we are talking down more than $200k right now.
Since your program is new, not TOS n only 1 trade, you should proof that ur system work really well, so you can attract investors.
IMHO, it is prudent for now to get out of the short volatility trades. Just too much downside risk.

No we won’t get out of short vol trade until indicators signal sell. IMHO, getting the human factor out of the equation is the key for long term success.
I also have different opinions about TOS.
TOS makes you trust the strategy owner more, but you don’t know how much the owner is invested in the system, if it is only very low percentage of the his/her total money, then the strategy can be very risky without affecting the owner much. But if you blindly trust TOS with lots of your money, you could get burned really bad.

But at least you should trade your strategy yourself so we know you are eating your own food. I can guarantee you that most of the followers here won’t trust TOS blindly.
Yes and the other advantage for a trade leader to trade in paper mode is that you don’t risk to lose your hard earned money.
