Ninja & C2 - making sure it's working

I am using NinjaTrader to input trade signals to C2. I think I’ve followed the instructions on C2. Is there a quick way to test the connection to make sure it’s working properly? I sent an order that was way from the market but nothing showed on my C2 page. Maybe I wasn’t patient enough.



1) How long should it take for an order that I sent to appear on the C2 site?



2) Will it show every order sent or just ones that fill?
