Yesterday OEC did not close out a Euro position of one of the systems I subscribe to as it should have.
Today it did not open a Euro position of the same systems which caused me to miss out on a profitable trade of over $1,000.
Did anybody else experience similar problems? I have sent an email to Francis regarding this.
