This morning a system vendor’s software program went crazy and issued hundreds of malformed, contradictory API-entered orders, which succeeded in crapping out our server. I have temporarily disabled his account, until I can figure out what he was doing and why.
Obviously, I will be adding some sort of throttle to prevent this from happening in the future.
You will see system responsiveness increase soon as the malformed orders get canceled out of the system. Sorry for this morning’s trouble.
