The situation is this:

  1. Those who are on a subscription for less than 30 days support service write about the fact that you can write a review if you are subscribed for more than 30 days. Review can not write now. Wait.

  2. Those who are on the subscription for more than 30 days support service write about the fact that you can write a review in the first 30 days. Review can not write. You late.

  3. The result - can not write a review? Where is the truth?

Who can write a review? What conditions?

I can not write a review either. I subscribed on Nov. 20th. Please help.

There is not who signed in May, June, July, August, September, October - they also can not write a review. They write a review you can write in the first 30 days. -)

You cannot do this. You will write that the review should be written in the first 30 days. Write now? Can’t you too? -)

Here is how reviews work. A subscriber is invited to review a strategy when:

  1. You have paid some amount for it.
  2. You are not the strategy developer or associated with the developer.
  3. You have subscribed for at least 31 days and a) are still subscribed or b) unsubscribed less than 10 days ago

This is odd.

In the last 12 months I followed at least a dozen strategies for a month or longer, all paid.
But I never received an invitation for a review, nada.

C2 will prompt investors to post reviews based on the following criteria:

  • They are currently subscribed.
  • They have been subscribed for at least 31 days.
  • They currently have a paid subscription.

The prompts appear in two areas: Look for the green dot in the upper navigation before your name (upper right corner) or look for the icon in the Dashboard (next to the strategy name).

Note: This prompt to write a review expires after 30 days.

What does it mean? 31 days have passed. A person is given 30 days to write a review. Logic - 61 days passed review can not write. What nonsense?

@aum108, same here, I have not been able to write a review for about 18 months or so. I followed and paid for one strategy for over 6 months and followed and paid for another strategy for over 11 months.

Matthew, no one can write a review about the system. 15 people have already addressed me and told about this problem.

Yikes!

There was indeed a problem with the code that enabled people to write reviews. It should be fixed now, going forward. If you qualify to write one, you will see the notification on your subscriber dashboard.
