Matthew, I imagine you have very limited liability over what is advertised on C2. That said, no one with sense wants negative attention from the NFA / CFTC.
Unless I’m missing something, the add referenced in my thread title is soliciting for futures managed accounts by someone who has no standing with the NFA. There are so many CFTC violations on the website browsers are sent to on a click-through that there’s no point in mentioning particulars.
Anyway, thought I’d point it out.
