I am using the beta collective2.com and getting increasingly frustrated about the disclaimer/warning popup EVERY TIME I log on.
This is making the web site painfully user unfriendly!
I understand to keep the web owner from any law suite you need to have this, but PLEASE make an option in account settings to turn this OFF. When I turn it off, I shall acknowledge the disclaimer.
I ALREADY KNOW IT IS RISKY BUT DO NOT WANT TO BE REMINDED AGAIN AND AGAIN, ESPECIALLY DURING BUSY MARKET HOURS!

The pop-up warnings were added because the National Futures Association (NFA), the self-regulatory organization whose suggestions C2 must obey, reviewed the C2 Web site and determined that C2 needed to more prominently display risk information and warnings about hypothetical results.
We always try our best to follow NFA suggestions.

Thanks for letting us know. I thought it was some problem with the website design, but is obviously something outside of your control. Well I guess I have to live with it.
