I am wondering what the recent proplems with slow loading of teh platform are caused by?
Also there is still the same problem with forex trades not going through at market, sometiems delays of hours before a market order is filled.
User numbers have been going up tremendously in recent weeks. Also, I have added new layers of software to prevent bad fills. (Trade-off - it takes more CPU time.)
I know, I know – this is not your problem. I am working with my ISP to upgrade the server hardware. I’ll keep you posted.
