It appears there might be a bug regarding parking orders for OCO closing orders (confirmed this with Forex).
I.E. when I change the STC or BTC parameters of an OCO pair of an already open trade, and I attach a "parking time" limit, the orders actually go into effect immediately, not adhering to the time limit.
