I have a listed trade (ICLR) which has failed to execute at my designated stop price ($67.72). The stock opened today at $68.88 and has traded down to $66.42 - with no gaps. Please can this error be corrected.

Trade had filled this morning - it just hasn’t updated on the system page (hopefully, it will do so when the server updates).
